Making a purchase is very straightforward. Just browse our ONLINE SHOP, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. You may remove an item once selected by clicking the ‘Remove’ box on the ‘My Basket’ page. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Proceed to payment’ and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Maestro and Solo via our secure server.
HANDLING & SHIPPING
Carriage) costs, including insurance, will be added when you complete the transaction depending on the destination. The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or import duties, etc applicable to their country. Items will be sent by the most appropriate & safe method, either post or carrier within the UK and Airmail to all overseas destinations.
The ONLINE SHOP
Displays both items that are ready for delivery & also examples of work that needs to be made…..delivery 6 to 12 weeks. The STOCK number of an item will tell you if it is in stock. UK delivery of items in stock is normally sent shortly after receipt of your order & should be with you in a week or so. International orders are generally received in 2 to 3 weeks after collection.
All our goods are shipped using the most applicable protective packaging. However, accidents very occasionally happen and if you receive damaged goods please contact us straight away and return the damaged items for a full refund, or replacement if possible.
We would like to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any order, then please contact us as soon as possible. Return delivery & insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. On receipt of the unused & undamaged goods a refund (excluding our delivery costs) will be forwarded to you. We will need your card details to credit your card.
If the item is faulty a full refund plus the return delivery costs will be made.
When you use our ONLINE SHOP we do not receive any card details that you use through our secure server.
We are however committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) to process your order.
The type of information we will collect about you may include:

• credit/debit card details
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We will not share this information with anyone knowingly.
